  • How can I find out the cost of treatment?

    After your initial consultation, you will receive a detailed treatment plan with all the costs, with no surprises later.

  • Can I pay in installments?

    Yes, we offer the possibility of payment in 6 installments through Banca Transilvania (Star BT card) for complex treatments and on the basis of a contract with a detailed schedule of medical services.

  • Do you accept health cards?

    We do not accept health cards but we can draw up the necessary paperwork for certain private insurance schemes so that you can recover your costs directly. Ask at reception for more details.

  • Are there hidden costs?

    No, we practice total transparency. The treatment plan is based on the radiologic investigations available on the day of the consultation.

    Depending on your clinical evolution or changes in your options, the plan may change.

    Fees from the moment the treatment plan is drawn up may be subject to changes of 5-10% until the finalization of long-term treatment plans (12-24 months), due to inflation, laboratory costs or exchange rate.
